Joseph Schlitt is the Co-CEO, Co-Founder of Kite Capital Partners (KCP) where he oversees all aspects of the firm’s real estate portfolio. He is responsible for raising institutional and high net worth capital for investment throughout KCP’s funds. Since founding KCP in 2009, the firm has successfully originated and placed over $500mm in investment capital.
Although Joe received a B.A. in Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University in 2004, the fourth-generation native of Vero Beach has actively assisted in the management of a $25mm local family office portfolio since his teens. The former President of the Indian River County Board of Realtors has a unique insight into a variety of real estate asset classes and serves as a consultant for new development projects throughout the State.
In addition to his real estate endeavors, Joe is extremely active in his sons’ youth sports activities. Much like their father, Joe’s sons play sports year-round and are extremely talented tennis and golf players. Joe’s family-owned business, Maryland Fried Chicken, is known to serve the best chicken sandwich on the Treasure Coast without dispute.
