Cole Coss joined Kite Capital Partners in 2016 as an investment analyst specializing in tax lien and tax deed due diligence for the firm’s managed strategies. His role has since expanded to include the firm’s structured debt investments and distressed land acquisitions.
Cole evaluates complex capital structures, underwrites large land positions, and oversees zoning, entitlement, and disposition strategy. He manages execution from acquisition through exit, coordinating with legal, municipal, and development stakeholders to mitigaterisk and enhance value.
Over the course of his career at Kite Capital Partners, Cole has overseen the sale of more than 1,000 properties, ranging from infill multifamily development sites to sections of platted subdivisions within master-planned communities.
Cole earned a B.S. in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University’s Lutgert College of Business.
